Individual Skills Training Program
The Registration "Individual Skills Training Program" is not currently available.
In anticipation of inclement weather and potential school closings, the Thursday IST Session for this week will be rescheduled for this evening (Wednesday) 2/5/2025 at Neary Elementary School, 20 George St, Haverstraw, NY 10927 from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Individual Skills Training
The IST Program offers players an opportunity to work on their individual skills with the NRSA Coaching Staff. IST sessions focus on players technical skills and physical abilities such as speed & agility, strength & conditioning, ball control, and shooting & finishing.
IST Programs run seasonally for 8-10 weeks, and train 1-2 times per week, depending on facilities availabiltiy and program specifics.
The IST Program is open to all players, players do not have to be registered in any other NRSA programs to participate.
All players must bring a soccer ball and water and wear cleats and shinguards.
